Minutes of Business Meeting
of March 6, 2023
I. The business meeting was called to order at 1830 by President Charles Tucker.
A.Officers attending: President Charles Tucker, Treasurer and Bill Little.
B Members: Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards, Ben Kelmer, Dustin Kelmer, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien, Reed Ostrander, Mark Soltero
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of February 6th were read.
A. The minutes were moved and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.
1. As of this date there is $403.79 in the treasury.
3. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. May 8, 2023
B. Next run session(s) March 13, 20, 27, 2023
C. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality!
D. Sean reported that the new trailer needed a new gap cover, and expensions on the ramp. He suggested building shelves in the front section of the trailer. He also reminded us that we need to rebuild the rack for the engine facility and include larger casters with a locking mechanism.
E. Welcome to visitors
4. Old Business
A. It was noted that Track 4 on the club layout needs work.
B. Finish the Farm module. - (a few minor details)
C. Work on repairs to the Club Show layout.
5. New Business
A. Jerry Russo has asked for a Leave-of-Absence due to family health issues (which is why the President is doubling as a "Not-so-Astute" Secetary.
B. Continue work on preparing for Operating sessions.
C. Comments from the President.
D. Comments by any other members.
6. Club Welfare
Our prayers are with Susan. We lift up Gerald Russo and family and continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons, and Reed Ostrander.
