Minutes of the Business Meeting
February 3, 2014
The business meeting was called to order at 6:18 PM by President Reed Ostrander.
Officers attending: Vice President Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Chip Borona.
Members: Jerry Dupont, Charles Tucker.
Guests: Donnie Dixon.
I. Reading of the Minutes
A. The minutes of the previous meeting January 5th were read by Secretary Chip Borona.
a. The approval of the minutes with corrections were moved by Charles, seconded by Bill and approved by the membership.
II. Treasurer’s Report
A. The Treasurer’s report was read by Bill Little with a current balance of $750.27.
a. The approval of the report was moved by Bill, seconded by Jerry and approved by the membership.
B. Member dues are now due
a. A savings of $20 can be realized if members do a yearly payment of $100 by April 1st .
III. Announcements
A. The next business meeting will be held at 6:30PM at Bill’s Train Shed on Tuesday March 3rd 2015.
a. Bill announced that we would like to refer to the Train Shed as “Duke & Joe’s Train Shed” to honor the parents of his family.
b. Members can arrive at 5:30 PM to grill and eat dinner, then to stay after the meeting to run trains.
c. Bill will leave the gate on the side street open.
B. The next run sessions will be at:
a. Duke & Joe’s Train Shed, Tuesday February 17th at 6:00 PM.
i. Members can arrive at 5:30 PM to grill and eat dinner, before running trains.
ii. Bill will leave the gate on the side street open
C. Donnie Dixon has meet the requirements for junior membership. He is being sponsored by Charles Tucker. Charles made the motion to accept him for membership, Bill seconded and Donnie was approved by the membership.

IV. Old Business
A. Results of Hadji show and finances
a. Tucker’s email was not clear, but it was clear that there was not enough advertisement’s.
B. Status of new module – Reed & Jerry
a. Reed & Jerry brought the 2’x4’module they built
b. A portion of the top is removable
C. Status of roundhouse module - Chip
a. NO NEW NEWS
D. Status of Power Cabinet revisions – Jerry
a. All modifications are complete.
i. $25 fan installed on side of cabinet.
ii. Mounted circuit breakers.
iii. $12 power cord. Old power cord was twisted.
iv. The new wiring and setup of the layout needs to be documented.
E. Foley, AL show
a. The following members will be participating in the Foley Train Show.

F. Replacement of the road crossing signals for the Hoffa cement plant corner module is scheduled to be done at the Foley Train Show.
G. Banks provided Chip with the Barn for the Farm Module.
H. The was no new news regarding the Graphics for Trailer and PMRC Banner
a. Chip will move forward with minimum graphics to work up three different quotes to create two banners with grommets and graphics for the sides of the trailer.

C. Chip will have a full knee replacement on Monday March 9th at Baptist Hospital in Gulf Breeze.
VI. Club Welfare
Steve Grenot has sent cards and flowers to Marie who has been ill.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
