Minutes of the Provisional Business Meeting

of August 6, 2013

I. The provisional business meeting was called to order at 6:43 PM by Vice President Steve Grenot. Because a quorum was not present, this meeting was declared to be provisional until a full business meeting could review and accept or reject the proceedings as official Club business.

Officers attending: Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Reed Ostrander,

Members: Chip Borona, Banks Edwards, Charles Tucker.

A. Announcements
   1. The next run session will be on August 13 at 6:00 PM in NAS Building 648.
   2. The next work session will be on August 20 at 6:00 PM in NAS Building 648.
      a. The trailer will be loaded. Please try to attend.
   3. The next business meeting will be held at 6:30P M at Trains by Johnson's on September 3, 2012.

B. Minutes of the meeting of July 2, 2013 were read by Secretary Reed Ostrander.
   1. Banks moved acceptance and was seconded by Chip.
      a. The minutes were accepted as written.

C. The treasurer's report was presented by Bill Little.
   1. As of this date there is $1764.50 in the treasury.
      a. Reed moved acceptance and was seconded by Banks.
      b. The report was accepted as presented.

D. Old Business
   1. There was no old business.

E. New Business
   1. The Dothan show will be on September 20 (set up), 21 and 22 (run and take down).
      a. Reed moved that the Club attend with the 16 x 20 foot layout and at least five members to set up and take down. Banks seconded the motion.
         1) After discussion the motion passed.
   2. The Flomaton show will be on September 27 (set up) and 28 (run and take down).
      a. Banks moved that the Club attend with the 16 x 20 foot layout and at least five members to set up and take down. Chip seconded the motion.
         1) After discussion the motion passed.
   3. The Mobile show will be on October 4 (set up), 5 and 6 (run and take down).

      a. Reed moved that the Club attend with the 16 x 20 foot layout and at least five members to set up and take down. Chip seconded the motion.
         1) After discussion the motion passed.
   4. The Interstate Fair will be on October 17 - 27. Set up will be October 13 - 16. Take down will be October 27.

      a. Chip moved that the Club attend with the full layout and all members to set up and take down. Banks seconded the motion.

F. The provisional meeting was adjourned at 7:23 PM.
