Minutes of Business Meeting

of April 3, 2023

  1. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Charles Tucker.

Members attending: President Charles Tucker, Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Interim Secretary Bob Canavello, and others.


  1. Minutes of the previous meeting of March 6, 2023 were read.


3. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.

As of this date there is $649.95 in the treasury.


  1. Announcements:

    1. Next meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. May 1, 2023.

    2. Next run sessions May 8, 15, 22, 29 of 2023

    3. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality!


  1. Old Business

    1. Work on finishing the new yard and powering the sidings on Green. Awaiting parts.

    2. Finish the Farm module (a few minor details)

    3. Work on repairs to the Club layout. Need new turnout from 1 to 2 at northwest aisle.

    1. Chips items in small trailer.

    2. Module in small trailer plus wood for a second module.

    3. New cart for engine facility module.

    4. Continue work on preparing for Operating sessions.
