Minutes of Business Meeting
of April 3, 2023
A. The business meeting was called to
order at 6:30 p.m. by President Charles Tucker.
1. Officers Attending: President Charles
Tucker, Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Interim Secretary
Bob Canavello.
2. Members attending were Chuck Mudford, Reed
Ostrander, Mark Soltero, Jessie Shealy, Rick Simmons, Banks Edwards
B. Minutes of the previous meeting of March 6, 2023 were read.
C. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.
1. As of this date there is $649.95 in
the treasury.
D. Announcements:
1. Next meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. May
1, 2023.
2. Next run sessions May 8, 15, 22, 29
of 2023
3. Thank you to Bill for his
hospitality!
E. Old Business
1. Work on finishing the new yard and
powering the sidings on Green. Awaiting parts.
2. Finish the Farm module (a few minor
details)
4. Work on repairs to the Club layout.
Need new turnout from 1 to 2 at northwest aisle.
5. Shelves for new trailer.
F. New Business:
1. Chip's items in small trailer.
2. Module in small trailer plus wood for
a second module.
3. New cart for engine facility module.
4. Continue work on preparing for
Operating sessions.
5. Comments from the President.
a. Bob Canavello has been appointed as Interim Secretary with Gerald Russo on an extended leave of absence

1. Our prayers are with Susan. We
continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons and Reed Ostrander.
