Minutes of Business Meeting
of May 1, 2023
A. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
by President Charles Tucker.
1. Officers attending: President Charles Tucker,
Treasurer Bill Little, Interim Secretary Bob Canavello
2. Members attending: Chuck Mudford, Reed
Ostrander, Rick Simmons, Mark Soltero, Sean O’Brien, and Jerry Dupont
B. Minutes of the previous meeting of April 3, 2023 were read.
C. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.
1. As of this date there is $989.95 in the treasury.
D. Announcements:
1. Next meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. June 5, 2023.
2. Next run sessions June 5, 12, 19 and 26 of 2023
3. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality!
E. Old Business
1. Repairs. A sheet of “Clubhouse Layout Items” to be
addressed was handed out to the members present.
2. Front shelves are being designed for the front of
the new trailer.
3. Wood has been cut for the 2nd module (2X8?)
4. Sean is designing a new cart and is looking for
parts.
5. Cards will be made for operations sessions in the
near future.
6. Need to put the structures back on the engine
facility.
E. New Business:
1. Club House items (see sheet).
2. Parts have been obtained for the running
lights on the old trailer.
3. Brake lights are intermittent on the new trailer.
4. Continue work on preparing for Operating sessions.

F. Club Welfare
1. Our prayers are with Susan. We continue to lift up Steve,
Donna, Rick Simmons and Reed Ostrander.
