MINUTES of Business Meeting
December 5, 2021
A. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by President Charles Tucker
1. Officers attending were: President Charles Tucker, Vice-President Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretart Gerald Russo.
2. Members attending were Chip Barona (via telephone, Banks Edwards, Gerald Dupont, Dustin Kelmer (by proxy), Chuck Mudford, Richard Simmons.
B. Minutes of the previousmeeting of Nov 7th were read by Secretary Gerald Russo
1. Corrections to minutes: New business, line referring to Fair Superintendent eliminated
2. The minutes were moved, second and approved.
3. The treasurer's report was prrrrreented by Treasurer Bill Little.
a. As of this date there is $1292.66 in the treasurery.
b. The report was moved, seconded and accepteds presnted.
C. Announcements.
1. Next meeting will be at 6:30 PM at the club house on Monday, January 3, 2022.
2. Next run session(s) January 10, January 17, January 31.
3. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality.
4. Mobile Train Show; March 5th, 9-5, March 6th 11-4
5. Thanks to all who helped make the Pensacola Train Fest a success!
D. Old Business
1. Work on finishing the new yard and powering the sidings on Green. Checking on turnout 14. (16 has been repaired.)
2. Thanks to Gerald Dupont, Reed and Chuck for their tireless work on getting the roundhouse modules functioning properly. Still have a couple of turnouts to adjust.
3. We are still awaiting for the digital controller for the turntable. And, do not need the new turntable as the old one is now working.
E. New business
1. Election of officers for 2022, no new nomination, previous nominations 2nd, voted on affirmed and approved.
a. President - Charles Turcker
b. Vice-President - Steve Grenot
c. Treasurer - Bill Little
d. Secretary - Gerald Russo
2, Make plans for Mobile Train Show.
3. Need to schedule a time for the officers to attend to bank business on the checking account. (week of 12/27 - 31)
4. Comments from the President.
a., Thanks you to all who participated in the Rail Fest.
b. There are 2ea, 2' by 6' modules than can be built
c. The Murphy module is sagging
d. Track in the yard module needs replacing
5. Comments by the Vice-President.
a. Need to add the club Constitution or club rules: "There is no liability to PMRC for any personal equipment damaged when used on the show or club layouts."

6. Comments by other members.
a. Jerry Dupont:
1) Need to adjust the PM42, related to passenger train lights
2). Cut back module tracks 4 & 1/2" in order to connect with 9" tracks
a) Moved, seconded and accepted
3). Work session on Jan 10th at Jerry Dupont's garage to repair modules
F. Club Welfare
1. Our prayers are with Chip and Susan. We continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons, Reed Ostrander. Prayers to all.
