Minutes of Business Meeting of
8 September 2025
I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by
Vice-president Steve Grenot.
A. Officers attending: Vice-president Steve Grenot,
Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members attnding:
Garrett Allison, Bob Canavello, Jerry Dupont, Ed Lundberg, Chuck Mudford, Jesse
Shealy, Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of 8/4/25 were read
by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were moved
and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little. As of this date there is $2,624.92 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. October 6th.
B. Next run sessions will be on September 15, 22 & 29.
September 22nd will be an operating session at 6 pm.
C. We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available. Please
avail yourselves of the opportunity to add some unique cars to your fleet!!
D. The Flomation Show is Smturday, September 27 with
set up on Friday, September 26. (Need a minimum of 6 members to participate on
both days or no go!)
IV. Old Business
A. Update on the trailer wrap.
B. Update on plans for Work during the Fair set-up.
C. The bridge repairs have been completed, it needs to
be picked up from Dupont’s house and brought to Tucker’s.
V. New Business
A. We need some how to do it clinics. Any suggestions?
(Weathering clinic.?)
B. Plans for the Navy Federal Christmas party are still
being fleshed out.
C. Comments from the Vice-President.
D. Comments from the Secretary
E. Comments from the Treasurer
G. Comments by any other members.
1. New design suggestions for
the proposed yard remodel.
VI. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Steve, Reed, and Patricia
Dupont.
