D. Set-up for the Fair begins on Sunday, October 15 and
continues until the Fair opens on Thursday, October 19.

G. Many thanks to Terry Tucker for transporting our
trailer to and from the Flomaton Show.
H. Thanks to Reed, Steve, Chuck, Bob Tribble, Andy,
Jesse for working the show in Flomaton.
IV. Old Business
A. Repairs need to be made here in the club house. See
separate sheet.
B. A new cart for the Engine Facility needs to be
designed and built. (Sean is designing it.)
C. Continue work on preparing for Operating
sessionscurrently installing new turnouts. (Work is in progress.)
D. Check out list of repairs to club layout to be made
at setup time.
V. New Business
A. Report on progress on locations and cars to be
delivered during the operating sessions. Jesse has been researching this.
B. Trial running the the engine facility.
C. Comments from the President.
D. Comments from the Vice President.
E. Comments by any other
members.
VI. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons, Reed
Ostrander, Sue and Howard’s family. Rick Simmons is at home and on the mend. He
would enjoy visitors—call first.
