Minutes of Business Meeting
of 3 November 2025
1 The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by
President Charles Tucker.
A. Officers attending: President Charles Tucker,
Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members: Garrett
Allison, Opie Benton, Bob Canavello, Jerry Dupont, Ed Lundberg, Chuck Mudford,
Sean O’Brien, Reed Ostrander, Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of Oct. 6th were read
by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes: fix spelling errors. The
minutes were moved and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little. As of this date there is $2,570.92 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. December 1, 2025.
B. Next run sessions will be November 10, 17 & 24.
C. We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available. Please
avail yourselves of the opportunity to add some unique cars to your fleet!
D. Many thanks to Chuck Mudford for his tireless work
on organizing the fair show; for his long hours making the layout work at the
fair; and for the many hours installing bridge tracks and the corresponding wire
leads.
E. Thanks to Jerry Dupont for renewing the bridge and
other assorted good deeds!
F. Thank you Sean for the use of your truck!
G. Thanks to all who participated with the Fair, we had
good help and the show was a success.
IV. Old Business
A. Update on the trailer wrap. The new signs for the
layout will cost about $90.00 for three banners.
1. Need to update the
URL, the Facebook site and add a QR code.
2. Trailer wrap or peal &
stick (approx. $40 per sticker)
B. The Navy Federal Christmas Bash will be held at the
old Winery on E. Gonzales on December 19 and 20 from 6-10 p.m. We will need 3
folks to run the layout at a time. Eleven switch machines will need to be
installed plus the controllers for those machines.
We need to check out the
track work; repair the scenery; Make two new specialized modules & prepare the
“show”. The layout is in front of you! We need help for all these items. Russo
to lend the use of his “Christmas Train set” for the show.
C. Approve the design for the renovations to the
trailer for show module storage. Motion, 2nd and approval with necessary
renovation costs.
D. We still need some how to do it clinics. Any
suggestions? Some could be with scenery and other things with the preparations
for the Christmas layout.
V. New Business
A. Nominations for Officers for 2026. Motion , 2nd & approval to keep the same
club officers for 2026:

B. Presentation of plans for redoing the roundhouse
engine facility. Motion, 2nd & approval (with possible minor design
adjustments). Materials to be donated by anonymous source.
C. Tucker’s Trains has received a shipment of used HO
rolling stock for sale.
D. Comments from the President. Need to check with the
“N” scale club concerning new shirts.
E. Comments from the Vice-President.
F. Comments from the Secretary
G. Comments from the Treasurer
H. Comments by any other members. Plexiglas, Polymer or
luan safety sides for the show modules.
VI. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Steve, Reed, and Patricia
Dupont.
