Minutes of the Business Meeting of
2 March 2026
I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by
President Charles Tucker.
A. Officers attending: President Charles Tucker,
Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members attending:
Allen Ashbrook, Garrett Allison, Bob Canavello, Jerry Dupont, Banks Edwards, Ed
Lundberg, Chuck Mudford, Reed Ostrander, Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of 02/02/26 were read
by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A . Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were
moved and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little.. As of this date there is $4,170.92 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. April 6, 2026.
B. Next run sessions will be March 9, 16, 23, 30. March
16 will be an Operating Session at 6 p.m. if desired.
C. We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available. Please
avail yourselves of the opportunity to add some unique cars to your fleet! 7
cars were sold via Tucker’s Trains!
D. The Mobile Show will be March 7&8 with set up on
March 6 from 1-6 p.m. We have reserved a U-Haul pick-p truck as Sean will be
attending his son’s wedding in Houston that weekend.
E. 2026 dues are being received any time.
IV. Old Business
A. Report on the progress of new engine and yard
facility modules.Russo & Tribble plan to pick-up the supplies to build the bench
work for the three modules this week.
B. Discussion of going to the Mobile ‘Show. Seven club
members indicate their attendance.
V. New Business
A. New log-in for the PMRC HO Web site:
www.phomrc.com/index.htm. Thank
you to Banks for updating the Web link.
B. Main PMRC site appears to be no longer accessible.
C. Posting news, pictures, video to the PMRC HO
Facebook page.
D. Comments from the President
1. Shirt forms available
for members who do not have club shirts.
2. Club cars: Majority of
club members indicate they plan to purchase 2027 PMRC cars, minimum order is 48.
E. Comments by any other members. NMRA meet and greet
at the Mobile Show.
IV. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Reed, and Patricia Dupont and
Bobbie Shealy.
