I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Secretary Gerald Russo.
     A. Officers attending: Secretary Gerald Russo, Treasurer Bill Little
     B. Members attending: Jackie Brown, Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards, Jason Godwin, Logan Godwin, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien, Reed Ostrander, Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero, Bob Tribble.

II.  Minutes of the previous meeting of May 6th were read by Secretary Gerald Russo.
     A. Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were moved and accepted.
     B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little. As of this date there is $3,523.46 in the treasury.

III. Announcements:
     A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. July 1, 2024
     B. Next run session(s) June 10, 17 (Ops session at 6:00pm), & 24.
     C. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality!
     D. Rick Simmons is currently under hospice care.

IV. Old Business
     A. Repairs need to be made to the club layout. (See separate sheet.)
     B. Continue work on preparing for Operating sessions- currently installing new turnouts. (Work is in progress.)
     C. I have sent off info to Accurail and am awaiting the contract.

V. New Business
     A. It has been suggested that we purchase two battery powered drills and extra batteries from Harbor Freight and keep them in the trailer for set up and teardown use. (Items ordered from Amazon & donated to the club)
     B. Jackie Brown has requested membership in the club, 2nd & approved.
     C. Comments by any other members.
          1. Chuck:
               a. the show layout bridge has issues, bad track and micro-switch
               b need to rebuild program track, add height gauges. Reed: will follow-up on the crossing gate (already paid for)

VI. Club Welfare We continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Gerald Dupont & his wife, Rick Simmons.
