business Meeting of 

January 4, 2021

A. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by President Charles Tucker.

     Members attending: President Charles Tucker, Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo. Members: Richard Simmons, Bob Tribble, Chip Bona, Banks Edwards, Ben Kelmer, Dustin Kelmer, Bob Canavello

B. Informal minutes of the previous meeting of January 4th were read by

Secretary Gerald Russo.

            1. The minutes were moved and accepted.

            2. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.

                  a) As of this date there is $2.351.68 in the treasury.

                  b). The report was moved, seconded and accepted as presented.

C. Old Business 

       1. Continued work on modules, reload to trailer and fix a few track ends on some of the straight modules.   

       2. Report on Engine servicing Facility  

       3. We need a work-list of repairs that need to be made to the modules. 

       4. Schedule work days for work on modules.

           a. (We really need to get to work, how about Saturday, Jan. 9 at 2pm)

           b. (all modules stored in the trailer have been updated and pinned, still need to modify the legs on the non-corner modules)

D. New Business  

      1. Schedule training session for Engine facility. 

      2. Comments by President

           a. Need to unload and reload the modules in the trailer.

           b.Schedule a work day for Saturday Jan. 9^th (rescheduled to Jan. 16^th.)

           c.Need to clean off the engine facility top and store assorted items.

           d.Need a list of repairs for any of the show modules.

           e. May need an additional power drop on the “inside club running track” and wire the bridge track.

           f. Need training on “yard operations”.

           g. Request a motion to purchase a DCC Walther’s Turn Table from Terry Tucker’s, (discount price of $244.45)

           h. Motion made, seconded and approved.

           i. Club shirts – Wings & Things (New Warrington Rd.) embroiders shirts for the “N” Scale Div.  Need a motion ($50) max) to have Wings & Things set up a Logo for the HO Div.

           j. Motion made, seconded and approved. Shirts need to be Royal Blue, long/short sleeve, with/wo pockets, logo on the left front, name on the right front.

    3. Comments by any other members.

          a. Need to update Chapter WEB page – current member pictures

          b. Updated member information (address, phone, e-mail)

          c. Chapter notebook at clubhouse (Chapter history, PMRC Constitution, 2020 past agendas and minutes, current member list)

          d. The side door lock on the trailer has been repaired.

          e. Review of individual “Bio-sheet information” by members at the next few meetings.

          f. Request to purchase letters for a club house name sign ($50 max)

              1). Motion made, seconded & approved. 

E. Club Welfare 

        a.Our prayers are with Chip in his continued recovery.   

        b. We continue to lift up Steve, Donna (surgery 1/22), Bob Tribble, Sean O’Brien and his family (covid), Rick Simmons and Reed.
