Minutes of the Business Meeting
of February 2, 2026
I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30
PM by President Charles Tucker.
A. Officers attending: President Charles Tucker,
Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members Attending: Garrett Allison, Bob Canavello, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien, Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of January 12, 2026 were read by Secretary
Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were
moved, 2nd and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little. As of this date there is $4,170.92 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. March 2, 2026.
B. Next run sessions will be Feb. 9, 16 & 23.
C. We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available. Please
avail yourselves of the opportunity to add some unique cars to your fleet!!
D. Many thanks to Chuck Mudford, Jesse Shealy, Gerald
Dupont, Mike Ells and others who have been working on the layout for the Navy
Federal Party.
E. The Mobile Show will be March 7&8 with set up on
March 6 from 1-6 p.m.
IV. Old Business
A. Report on the Navy Federal Party.
B. Status of storage changes to the module trailer.
V. New Business
A. Potential new member: Allen Ashbrook. Motion moved,
approved and accepted. Welcome Allen.
B. Discussion of possible time change for business
meetings. Motion to keep current meeting at 6:30p, moved, 2nd and approved.
C. Presentation of Standards for modules and club
approval of the standards.
1. Review of information handout, feeder wires #22, Buss #12 (R,Bk,Y,W) stranded
wire.
2. Jesse will email new
module standards to Russo for distribution.
D. Discussion of going to the Mobile ‘Show.
1. Send out reminder
e-mail in Feb.
2. If transport is not
available, rent a U-Haul.
E. Club dues are being accepted for FY 2026.
F. Comments from the President. Charles will research
2006/7 possible PMRS cars from Accurail
G. Comments by any other members.
VI. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Reed, and Patricia Dupont and
Bobbie Shealy.
