Minutes of Business Meeting
of February 5, 2024
I. The business meeting was called to order at
6:25 PM by Vice-president Steve Grenot
A. Officers attending: Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members attending: Opie Benton, Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards, Michael Eells,
Jason Godwin, Logan Godwin, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien, Rick Simmons, Mark
Soltero, Bob Tribble.
II. Minutes of the previous
meeting of January 8, 2024 were read by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to
minutes: none

The minutes were moved and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s
report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.
1. As
of this date there is $2,633.79 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at
6:30 p.m. on March 4, 2024
B. Next run session(s)
February 12, 19, 26, 2024
C. Thank you to Bill for his
hospitality!
D. Mobile Show will be March
2-3 with set up on March 1, 2024.
E. Train fest is May 18-19
with set up on Friday, May 17, 2024.
IV. Old Business
A. Repairs need to be made
here in the club house layout. (See separate sheet).
B. Continue work on preparing
for Operating sessions- currently installing new turnouts. (Work is in
progress).
V. New Business
A. Report on progress on
locations and cars to be delivered during the operating sessions. Jesse has been
researching this.
B. We need a list of
volunteers for the Mobile Show.
C. Motion to admit Michael
Eells as a club member, 2nd and approved.
D. Comments by President
E. Comments by any other members.

VI. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons,
Reed Ostrander, Sue and Howard’s family.
