Minutes of Business Meeting
December 5, 2022
I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM
by President Charles Tucker.
A. Officers attending:
President Charles Tucker, Vice-President Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little,
Secretary Gerald Russo.
B. Members: Bob Canavello, Jerry Dupont, Banks Edwards, Ben Kelmer, Dustin Kelmer, Richard Simmons, Bob Tribble & Guest: Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous
meeting of November 7th were read by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes:
none
1.The minutes were moved and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was
presented by Treasurer Bill Little.
1. As of this date there is $2,646.06 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next meeting will be at 6:30 pm on January 2, 2023
B. Next run session(s): December 12, 19 & 26
C. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality
D. Mobile Train show is set for March 4 – 5, set-up on March 3rd.
E. Ronald McDonald House layout TBA.
IV.. Old Business
A. Work on finishing the new
yard and powering the sidings on Green.
1. Turnout into the yard on the north end needs some attention.
2.
Also the yard needs some more drops on the north end
to fix some dead spots in the track.
B. Finish the Farm module. -

C. Work on repairs to the
Club layout.

V. New Business
A. Recommendation and motion to accept Mark Soltero as a new member of the PMRC HO Div. club.
1. Motion unanimously approved, Welcome Mark.
B. Nominations for 2023 Club officers,
1. Motion to nominate and elect same Club officers as 2022.
2. Motion approved.

C. Combine show set-up instructions into a draft single document (Russo)
1. Mark show module sides with “A” & “B”.
D. Suggest meeting with Jerry
Dupont regarding electronic “set-up” instructions.
E. Need latch on the bridge module as a means of protecting the bridge.
F. Need a “hard copy” of the set-up instructions for the Mobile show.

B. Bill:
1. May need to parallel park by the side street fence to make more room.
2. Have several building kits that need to be put together, volunteers?
3 When locking the gates, please leave the chains loose and lock combo to key lock.

Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons & Reed Ostrander.
