MINUTES of the BUSINESS
MEETING of APRIL 6, 2026
I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by President Charles
Tucker.
A. Members attending: President Charles Tucker,
Vice-president Steve Grenot,
B. Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
Members: Garrett Allison, Opie Benton, Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards, Brian
Kraatz, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien, Jesse Shealy, Bob Tribble.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of March 2, 2026 were
read by Secretary Gerald Russo.
A. Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were moved
and accepted.
B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little. As of this date there is $4,879.71 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. May 4, 2026.
B. Next run sessions will be April 13, 20 & 27. April 20 will be an Operating Session at 6 p.m. if desired.
C. We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available. Please avail yourselves of the opportunity to add some additional cars to your fleet! Seven cars have been sold via Tucker’s Trains recently.
D. Pensacola Train Fest will be held April 25 & 26 with set up on Friday, April 25. Sign-up sheet for set-up/tear-down and running for the Train Fest show.
E. 2026 dues are being received any time.
IV. Old Business
A. Report on the progress of new engine facility modules. Materials for the bench work have been purchased and construction of the three roundhouse modules are in progress, completion of the bench work is scheduled to be finished over the next few weeks, track work and related electronics to follow (at the clubhouse).
B. There is a new shirt list. Anyone not having a club shirt should sign up on the list in the next week or so and then an order can be placed.
V. New Business
A. New log-in for the PMRC HO Web site: www.phomrc.com/index.htm
B. Club cars: Majority of club members indicate they plan to purchase 2026 PMRC cars, minimum order is 48. We need to decide on the car and the artwork designs.

Proposed Logo & style: Dbl. door box, yellow with blue doors, & PMRC logo.
2. Checking if Blue Angel’s logo can
be added. Motion, 2nd & approved.
C. Please post news, pictures, or videos to the PMRC HO
Facebook page. Several recent new postings have been viewed on line over 75 –
150 times.
D. Comments by President. Welcome Brian Kraatz and son Dylan
E Comments by any other
members. Developing material’s list for trailer renovation, will need storage
building for modules during trailer rebuild.
VI Club Welfare We continue to lift up Reed Ostrander,
Patricia Dupont, Bobbie Shealy and David Ramirez.
