I. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Vice President Steve Grenot.
     A. Offiders attending: Vice-president Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.

      B. Members: Opie Benton, Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards, Michael Eells, Jason Godwin, Logan Godwin, Andy Keiderling, Chuck Mudford, Sean O’Brien, Reed Ostrander, Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero, Bob Tribble.

 

II. Minutes of the previous meeting of March 4th were read by Secretary Gerald Russo.
     A. Corrections to minutes: none
          1. The minutes were moved and accepted.
     B. The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little.
          1. As of this date there is $3,909 in the treasury.

III. Announcements:
     A. Next Meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. April 1, 2024 (No Fooling)
     B. Next run session(s) March 11, 18, 25, 2024
     C. Thank you to Bill for his hospitality!
     D. Train fest is May 18-19 with set up on Friday, May 17, 2024.
          1. Projected layout size is 20’ x 28’.
     E. Many thanks to all who helped with the Mobile Show!

 

IV. Old Business
     A. Repairs need to be made here on the club house layout. See separate sheet.
     B. Continue work on preparing for Operating sessions- currently installing new turnouts. (Work is in progress.)

 

V. New Business
     A. Report on progress on locations and cars to be delivered during the operating sessions. Jesse has been researching this.
         1. White dots on bottom of cars ready for operations.
     B. Comments on the Mobile Show.
     C. We need a list of volunteers for the Pensacola RailFest Show.

6. Club Welfare
We continue to lift up Steve, Donna, Rick Simmons, Reed Ostrander, Sue and Howard’s family.
