Minutes of BUSINESS MEETING
OF JANUARY 3, 2022
A. The business meeting was called to order
at 6:30 PM by president Charles Tucker.
Officers attending were: President Charles Tucker,
Vice-President Steve Grenot, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary Gerald Russo.
Members attending were: Howard Cowgill, Jerry Dupont,
Banks Edwards, Dustin Kilmer, Chuck Mudford, Jacob Navarro, Sean O'Brien, Reed
Ostrander
Visitor: John Sumner
B. Minutes of the previous meeting of December 5th were read by Secretary
Gerrald Russo.
1. Correction to minutes (adjustment to section
letters.)
2. Minutes were moved and accepted.
3. The treasurer's report was presented by Treasurer
Bill Little
a. As of this date there
is $1,657.36 in the treasury.
b. The report was moved,
seconded and accepted as presented.
C. Announcements
1. The next meeting will be at 6:30 PM, February 7,
2022.
2. Next run session(s) are January 10, 17, 24 & 31.
3. Mobile Train Show: March 5, 9-5; March 6, 11-4.
(Set-up on the 4th)
D. Old business
1. Work on finishing the new yard and powering the
sidings on Main #4 (Green)
2. Thanks to Jerry Dupont, Reed and Chuck for thireless
work on getting the round house functing properly
3. We are still waiting for the figital controller for
the turntable.
a. We do no need the new
turntable as the old one is now working.
4. Toggle switches and switch plates for Main #4
(Green) sidings.
5. Need 6 turnout Tortoises for sidingd, check with
Terry first, motion to purchase, 2nd & approved.
6. Engine facility (yard) all working, new Digitrax
command station has been installed.
7. Hold on selling new turntable, still need the
controller.
8. The Zephyr is now a loco-net booster.
E. New Business
1. Make plans for Mobile Train Show.
2. Need to schedule a time for the officers to attend
to ankbusiness on the checking account. (DONE!)
3. Possibility of making more some more modules, have
2-ea, 6' modules that can be completed.
4. Decision to attend the Mobile Show.

Dupont's on Saturday, 1/15 @ 9am.

Operations "starter set" (cards) from Micro-Mart.
F. Club welfare
Our prayers are with Howard Cowgill on the loss of his
wife. The funeral for Howard's wife is
Friday, January 7 at 11:00am at St. Christopher's
Episcopal Church, 3200 N 12th Avenue in Pensacola
We cintinue to lift up Chip, Susan, Steve, Donna Rick
Simmons and Reed Ostrander.
