MINUTES OF BUSINESS
MEETING OF 4 MAY 2026
I. The business meeting was called to order at

Officers attending: President Charles Tucker, Treasurer Bill Little, Secretary
Gerald Russo.
B.
Members atttending : Garrett Allison, Opie Benton, Bob Canavello, Banks Edwards,
Ed Lundberg, Chuck Mudford, Jesse Shealy, Mark Soltero.
II. Minutes of the previous meeting of
A.
Corrections to minutes: none. The minutes were moved and accepted.
B.
The treasurer’s report was presented by Treasurer Bill Little. As of this date
there is $5,159.77 in the treasury.
III. Announcements:
A.
Next Meeting will be at
B.
Next run sessions will be May 11, 18, 25. May 18 will be an Operating Session at
C.
We still have 2024 and 2025 cars available.
D.
Thanks to all who participated at Rail Fest! Record time for set-up and
tear-down! Special thanks to Chuck Mudford for all his work and leadership.
IV. Old Business
A.
Construction of the new Roundhouse modules are in progress.
B.
There is a shirt list and anyone needing a club shirt should sign on the list in
the next week or two so we can place the order.
C.
New log-in for the PMRC HO Web site: www.phomrc.com/index.htm
The
PMRC N scale Div. have deleted their WWW site, only their Facebook page is
available.
D.
Update from Jesse about the redesign of the trailer.
V. New Business
A.
Club cars: Majority of club members indicate they plan to purchase 2026 PMRC
cars, minimum order is 48. We need to approve the artwork designs. Motion to
approve design, 2nd
& approval.
B.
Please post news, pictures, video to the PMRC HO Facebook page.
C.
Motion to accept Brian Kraatz as a new club member, motion, 2nd
& approval. Welcome Brian.
D.
E.
Comments by President: Rix kits 50% discount (check with Charles)
F.
Comments by any other members. Show modules: corner track dimensions not
consistent, need to re-do all 4 corners when in storage, also eliminate “super
elevation” outside rail.
VI. Club Welfare: We continue to lift up Reed Ostrander, Patricia Dupont and
David Ramirez (stage 4 cancer, 1-4 years left)
